You have 7 business days (from the date of you receiving the product) to request a refund, exchange, or return. We won’t be able to process your request if the aforementioned period has passed.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging.

Please do include a proof of purchase, i.e., an invoice or order/invoice number, with your query. Also, do provide a picture and a brief description of the reason you want to file a return or request a refund.
Once we receive your request, it can take us 2-3 business days to process it. Upon a successful claim, we will notify you either by text or email. Also, our team will inform you of any further details or provide any instructions that you need to follow.
Please do keep in mind that processing time from your bank can sometimes delay your refund process. However, you can reach us at info@daachipakistan.com or on our Instagram in case you haven’t received the refund.
In case you are required to ship the product back to us our team will provide you with a return address. Please note that the shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You will have sole responsibility for the safe delivery of the product you want to return.

Standard Delivery is free on every order however we advise you that if you want to order multiple products please place a single order rather than multiple orders. It just makes plain sense that way.
At the moment, a conditional express delivery service is available in Lahore based on its feasibility. We will let you know about the cost associated with the delivery fee, depending on the scenario.
All products offered by DAACHI come with a one-year warranty. If the warranty is not specified under the product description header, the said product is excluded from the warranty coverage. The warranty only applies to manufacturing defects; it does not cover normal wear and tear, negligence, misuse, accidental damage, exposure to toxic materials/chemicals, saltwater, excessive immersion under water, or excessive heat.
We have made sure that the materials used to manufacture our items are of the highest caliber and strength. Although our items are waterproof, you should avoid using any harsh chemicals on them to extend their durability like with all precious metals. We do recommend that you dry your item as soon as possible using a cloth towel after getting wet.
If a product problem occurs during these warranty periods and DAACHI determines it to be a manufacturer’s defect, get in touch with us by email at info@daachipakistan.com or through Instagram’s direct message feature.
DAACHI holds the right to either repair your product, replace the product with an equivalent product, or provide a full or partial refund. The warranty can be claimed only once, and it does not extend to the replaced item.

Method 1
Use a flexible measuring tape to measure the circumference of your finger. If you don’t have a measuring tape, use a piece of paper or string no thicker than 0.5 mm, and then measure the length of the paper or string with a ruler. This is the circumference of your finger.
Method 2
Find a ring that fits you perfectly. Measure the inside diameter of the ring as shown below.
Once you’ve measured the circumference (Method 1) of your finger or the inside diameter (Method 2) of a ring. You can use the chart provided below to find the ring size that fits you perfectly.
