The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery in order to file a warranty claim. Do include your order number, and we will process a replacement for you ASAP.
Method 1
Use a flexible measuring tape to measure the circumference of your finger. If you don’t have a measuring tape, use a piece of paper or string no thicker than 0.5 mm, and then measure the length of the paper or string with a ruler. This is the circumference of your finger.
Method 2
Find a ring that fits you perfectly. Measure the inside diameter of the ring as shown below.
Once you’ve measured the circumference (Method 1) of your finger or the inside diameter (Method 2) of a ring. You can use the chart provided below to find the ring size that fits you perfectly.
